Land Use Planning
Candevcon’s team of planners has the knowledge and experience to provide our Clients with expert advice to help them obtain a full range of land use planning approvals. The most critical decision in the approval process is to choose the right land for the proposed use. Many of our Clients ask us to work with them from the outset of the process by relying on our expertise and local knowledge to advise them on their land purchase decision. Once made, our planners work hand-in-hand with our Clients to obtain land use planning approvals.
Transportation Planning and Engineering
Candevcon has considerable expertise in a number of specialty transportation-related services ranging from preliminary feasibility assessments, parking and site impact traffic / circulation studies, roadway / intersection detailed design,
traffic calmingand roundabout design.

Municipal Infrastructure Engineering
Candevcon helps governments at all levels engineer the built environment to create safe places to live and work. We provide a complete range of engineering services to
municipalities for new and existing infrastructure – road construction, utility construction, preliminary engineering reports cost analysis for funding applications and transpotation structure design.
Water Resources Engineering
Our Water Resources Team has built a solid reputation for its expert technical capacity and ability to demonstrate complete understanding of the Storm Water Management (SWM) planning, design and construction process. We have the expertise to carry out the design of end-of-pipe SWM facilities, on-site SWM quantity and quality controls and Low Impact Development (LID) measures.
Structural Engineering

Class Environmental Assessments
Candevcon works with public and private sector clients in all phases of the Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) process from initial definition of problems and opportunities through alternative solutions to design concepts and environmental study reports to implementation including contract drawings, documents and more.
