In 1987, our founder, Diarmuid Horgan, had the vision to start his own employee-owned engineering consultancy. He founded Candevcon, a firm initially dedicated to serving clients in the Land Development Industry.
Since then, the company has grown substantially, in size, the services it provides and the clients it services. The firm is now a multi-disciplinary professional consulting firm, providing core consulting services for projects in the areas of:

Candevcon has two offices within the Greater Toronto Area located in Brampton and Whitby. Our office locations allow us to have a local presence in the west and east markets of the GTA that we serve. The firm has also grown in its staffing to meet our project, and client needs and now employs over 50 engineers, technicians and technologists, land use planners, and support staff dedicated to the company’s core values of providing consistent professional service delivery, in a highly responsive manner.
